Phycitodes binaevella



Subspecies

Six subspecies are recognized. The nominate form occurs in Germany. The alpine subspecies Phycitodes binaevella petrella (Herrich-Schäffer, 1849) occurs in the Austrian alps; so far no records of this subspecies in Germany exist.

Distribution
The nominate subspecies is widely distributed in Europe and North Africa. In Germany recorded from all Bundesländer.
