Identification

Biology
Parasitizes the eggs of numerous species the hymenopteran family Diprionidae on pine trees (Pinus spec.).

Distribution
Records exist from most European countries; White Russia appears to be the eastern border of the range. The species also has been introduced into Canada in pest management programs against Diprionid plant pests.
