Identification
Distribution
The distribution of the European species of
Trechnites is incompletely known. The present
species has not yet been recorded from
Germany; however, the known records point to a
wide distribution in Europe and western Asia:
Spain, Czech Republic, Denmark, France,
Poland, Hungary, Italy, Turkey, Russia,
Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia.
Thus, the species is likely to occur in
Germany as well.
