Synonyms
Synonymy of Lopus decolor decolor:
Capsus decolor Fallen, 1807
Lopus decolor (Fallen, 1807)
Lopus decolor decolor (Fallen, 1807)
Lopus chrysanthemi Hahn, 1831
Lygus unicolor Provancher, 1872
Lygus tricolor Provancher, 1872

Note: Lygus tricolor was based on a mixed type series comprising specimens of Orthotylus flavosparsus and Lopus decolor. The lectotype of Lygus tricolor has been selected from the Lopus decolor specimens; thus Lygus tricolor is now a synonym of Lopus decolor, not of Orthotylus flavosparsus.
