Synonyms
Drosophila nigrimana Meigen, 1830
Chymomyza nigrimana (Meigen, 1830)

Note: This species is regarded as "species with uncertain affinity" by Brake and Bächli (2008). It has been described in the genus Drosophila, but Brake and Bächli (2008) assign it to the genus Chymomyza. The types appear to be lost, and it is currently not possible to clarify the nature of this taxon. It might be a synonym of Chymomyza fuscimana.
