(misidentification)
Several authors list this species as O. punctulatus. However, Bowestead
(1999) accepts the older name O. rogeri, although it was not in all
aspects properly described (the original description suggests that this
species might actually not be distinct from O. punctatus, but if yes,
then the name O. rogeri should apply). Thus, although the name was
described only conditionally, I accept Bowestead´s notion that it
is the valid name for the species.
