Note: Clubiona putris is a nomen dubium. It has been described after a single female specimen caught near Erlangen (Bayern, Germany). The description and the figure resemble a dark Clubiona subsultans. The specimen might have been a freshly molted immature specimen which might explain the bluish color of the opisthosoma: freshly molted Clubiona often appear bluish and this is lost later when the cuticle darkens and attains its normal brown tone. Therefore I tentatively place this taxon in the synonymy of Clubiona subsultans.
