This directory includes .bam and bigWig files for the transcriptome data. Information on visulaization is provided in the directory /m_m_domesticus/browser_tracks

The file 12-mer_spectra_for_transcriptome_data.pdf shows the kmer distribution plots of all libraries - can be used for quality check of individual libraries
