shuts down LIM, RES,
sbatchd
andmbatchd
on all hosts in the clusterSYNOPSIS
lsfshutdown

]DESCRIPTION
This command can only be used by root or users listed in lsf.sudoers.
Shuts down
sbatchd
, RES, LIM, andmbatchd
, in that order, on all hosts.By default, prompts for confirmation of the next operation if an error is encountered.
In order to be able to control all daemons in the cluster:
- The file
/etc/lsf.sudoers
has to be set up properly.- You must be able to run the
rsh
orssh
command across all LSF hosts without having to enter a password. See your operating system documentation for information about configuring thersh
andssh
commands.The shell command specified by LSF_RSH in
lsf.conf
is used beforersh
is tried.OPTIONS
-f
Force mode. Continues to shut down daemons even if an error is encountered.
-h
Prints command usage to
stderr
and exits.-V
Prints LSF release version to
stderr
