March 2008: Field trip to Costa Rica, photo taken in front of volcano Poas
Faculty members Drs. Bernd Ulber, Martin Worbes and Prof. Andreas von Tiedemann (3rd, 4th and 10th from left in the back row) were in charge of the trip. Dr. Lili Hofmann (9th from the left in the back row, in black sunglasses) provided on-site organization and support. Photos were taken by Petr Karlovsky who was coincidentally visiting San Jose at the same time.
