We are an international group studying secondary metabolites in interactions of fungi with plants, other fungi and invertebrates. Our focus is on mycotoxins and selected plant metabolites; we rely on tools of molecular genetics and analytical chemistry. As part of Faculty of Agricultural Sciences we balance projects pursued solely for the sake of academic curiosity with applied topics related to plant diseases and food safety.
